I would suggest that the logos w/ the Rocky Linux symbol+name have supplemental versions that include at least the major release number after the name so that the logo+name+release can be presented on login screens (and elsewhere desired) with the release number in the same font, alignment and image effects. See the attached image for a close-but-not-perfect external attempt at creating such a logo. (Most noticeably, note the difference in the sharpness of the letter vs number edges. It is also unclear if the fonts are entirely consistent.)
