* Podman - add informations about building images (#1993)

* feat: Add informations about building images with podman

* feat: podman - add table to display subcommands

* Podman fix:

* move the changed `podman.md` file from PR #1993 from gemstons to guides and change the name to `podman_guide.md`
* preserve the original `podman.md` in a backup as we want that to be added back in to gemstones
* edit `podman_guide.md` to fix some errors, do some rewording, and add a sub-section
