  • move the changed podman.md file from PR Podman - add informations about building images #1993 from gemstons to guides and change the name to podman_guide.md
  • preserve the original podman.md in a backup as we want that to be added back in to gemstones
  • edit podman_guide.md to fix some errors, do some rewording, and add a sub-section
