rkhunter.md is dead since 2018 RL 10

• the package is still installable in 8 and 9 (but the project is still dead)
• remove rkhunter from 10
• git rm rkhunter*.mdfrom/docs/guides/web/apache_hardened_webserver/`
• remove from /docs/guides/security/.pages
• remove reference from index page for apache_hardened_webserver
• test removal via local interface to make sure nothing breaks
