Add reference to mariadb-secure-installation
* Contributor William Perron pointed out that the `mariadb-secure-installation` command could be used instead of `mysql_secure_installation` * This is true, but only if you enable the 10.5 module version of mariadb before installation. * An admonition has been added to lay out this option * meta and tags added
