* Separate out all of the sections into logical chapters * removed link page jumps * saved to books/lxd_server * in the process, tested for Rocky Linux 9.0 (OK) * modified the .pages navigation for "containers" so that LXD Server redirects to the books section * modified .pages in the books section to add navigation for LXD Server * removed the old stand-alone documents for lxd_server including any translations This move was made because the document best fit in books, rather than in the guides section.
