Update MATE document to include 9.0 Instructions

• Added tabbed content for 9.0 and 8.6 instructions
• Updated "tested with:" meta to include 9.0
• Updated the 8.6 procedure with code block changes and a few wording issues.
• Updated the sub-titles within document for both 8.6 and 9.0 so that the right-hand menu will display similarly named procedures in a way that notes the version.

@SergeCroise Feel free to give this a look. The procedure for 9.0 is new, and the procedure for 8.6 has been there for awhile. If either procedure needs some changes, this would be the time to do it! :-)

@EzequielBruni I'm going to go ahead and merge this, as I need the images folder for the next document as well. If you could look over, particularly the 9.0 section post-merge, and push any changes you think are necessary, I'd appreciate it.
