URL fixes

• based on the script that identifies broken URLs, attempt to fix broken URLs
• In the asterisk_installation.md cleaned up code blocks to be consistent and fixed image display as well. Added admonition at the top noting the last version of Rocky Linux that this was tested with, but also noting that it should still work, since the bulk of the procedure deals with outside source packages.
