The reason for this move is two-fold: - for documentation consistency - to allow the release notes for 8.5 to be translated (if desired) Though 8.5 is now two revisions back, it was decided that we want to keep and maintain the older release notes-at least for now. Changes in this PR: * `git mv 8.5.md 8_5.md` * fix `.pages` file to link to the new name * fix `docs/index.md` that links to the old name, to link to the new name + also fix the translated `docs/index.md` files so that they also link to the new name. [this may prove problematic in Crowdin for those files]
