This release hardens device assignment and adds a few quality-of-life improvements.
- Trim and validate credential identifiers on save and load by rodchristiansen in #18
- Add proxy support: honor system proxy and HTTPS_PROXY/HTTP_PROXY/NO_PROXY by rodchristiansen in #19
- Make Devices table columns sortable by rodchristiansen in #20
- Add --resume flag to list-devices for restartable large pulls by rodchristiansen in #21
- Verify serials exist before assign/unassign by rodchristiansen in #24
- Confirm device assignment after submitting by rodchristiansen in #26
