• feat(workbench): enhance telemetry and tracing features

• Add telemetry configuration options in rohas.toml for RocksDB storage
• Update cron job schedule for daily cleanup to every 5 minutes
• Refactor daily cleanup handler to include multiple steps with logging
• Improve manual trigger and welcome email handlers with state management
