Alpha 10 public beta readiness build.

Notes:

First launch requires creating the first admin account.
Configure model provider API keys in Settings before using hosted LLM features.
macOS and Windows builds are not code-signed, so Gatekeeper/SmartScreen warnings may appear.
CI passed on Python 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12 for commit 8215769; installer workflow completed successfully for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
