First Launch

This is an unsigned build. macOS will show a security warning:

1. Right-click the app
2. Click "Open"
3. Click "Open" again in the dialog

This is normal for apps without an Apple Developer certificate. Full source code is available for audit.

Ghost Setup

Ghost uses OpenRouter for AI. Get a free API key at openrouter.ai/keys — set it during onboarding or in Ghost settings (gear icon).
