incorrect bslib is being used, when compiling library.

I'm compiling roku-log. https://github.com/georgejecook/roku-log

I use rokucommunity@bslib explicitly.

however, when compiled, the transpiled sources use bslib/bslib.brs, not roku community version..

This may or may not be the root issue; but it causes issues in ropm, which I will describe in an issue on ropm.
