No bundling (tshy behavior)

https://github.com/isaacs/tshy is another node package build tool which allows to build packages for CJS and ESM. According to this Bluesky post/thread, only minimal treatment (and no actual bundling) is happening, which seems to be preferred for some library authors

I think tshy is essentially doing what mkdist does (it was requested in wxt-dev/wxt#1628)
(which is part of unbuild, and thus this is tangentially related to #149)
