Features

• Officials are now sorted on the roster tab
• On the stream overlay team colors are now indicated in a small area left of team names instead of coloring the lineup area (where penalty colors interfere) (#959)
• On the stream overlay NI is indicated by the jam score being a lighter shade of grey (#959)
• When ePBT is active, indicate visually that box buttons on PLT are disabled (#961)

Bugfixes

• When a HNSO is set up as an explicit role, don't export them to the statsbook twice (#960)
