- Split PHPStan to it's own workflow (pull request only)
- Validate split package composer file synchronization with root composer.json
- Move CS checks to rollerscapes inspector-bot

OK, should be good now. The composer validation error is expected, so this working well. Figured out why PHPStan keeps failing, the baseline file keeps conflicting. |
