Notification Sounds - Delayed fade so you can pin it

I'm looking to increase the volume for certain notifications through a number of different apps. I was able to get most of them by selecting the longest notification tone and quickly pulling up the pin menu. This was difficult. If there was a 10-15 second delay before fading from the pinned menu, that would be helpful.
