Error out in RooStats::sPlot if variable for sWeights is already used as a discriminating variable in the fit. In this case, the sWeights are invalid and it has recently confused two users already:
When implementing this, consider also changing the sPlots documentation to have a clickable link to the arXiv paper instead of just the tag like it is there right now:
