Description

When running ROOT version 6.36.00, a segmentation violation occurs upon invoking new TBrowser(). The program crashes immediately after this call, preventing further interaction with the ROOT GUI.

Reproducer

1.Start ROOT
2.Execute the command: new TBrowser with --web=off
3.Observe that the program crashes with a segmentation violation
