Documentation and packaging

  • Standardized the package title to "Athlytics: A Reproducible Framework for Endurance Data Analysis" across the DESCRIPTION, citation metadata (CITATION.cff, inst/CITATION, codemeta.json), the README, the vignette, and the JOSS paper.
  • Added .zenodo.json so Zenodo software-archive deposits carry the correct title, author ORCID, and MIT license.
  • Added .DS_Store to .gitignore.

This release changes documentation and packaging metadata only; no analysis behaviour changed.
