• Added a recompile.sh script to make it easier to test changes when developing with mono docker image
• Added the same class structure as it was in the Java binding, one difference is that the namespace already had a FieldedAddress and UnfieldedAddress type (with different properties), so all non abstract classes implementing RecordSimilarityField were given a 'Record' suffix
• Added a utility method to deep compare 2 dictionaries
• Added information about the indoc-coref option to entities example
• Added record-similarity example
• Fixed events negation example
