Simple Hello, World app for Google Glass.

Shows basic Glass capabilities:

• Responds to "Ok, Glass. Say hello"
• Opens a new card with the text, "Hello, World"
• Says, "hello, world" when the card comes up
• Responds to a touchpad touch and provides feedback
• Provides an example of using an Android layout to show UX
