Should the other init zsh be put inside or outside sheldon?

For example currently there is

shell="zsh"

[plugins.zsh-autosuggestions]
    github="zsh-users/zsh-autosuggestions"
    use   =["{{ name }}.zsh"]
    
[plugins.zsh-syntax-highlighting]
    github="zsh-users/zsh-syntax-highlighting"
    apply = ["defer"]

and .zshrc

eval "$(sheldon source)"
eval "$(atuin init zsh)"
eval "$(starship init zsh)"
eval "$(am init zsh)"

is it prefered to put the init zsh line from atuin, starship, am in .zshrc or within sheldon?
