Cannot compile after recent commits

Hi

Thanks for this project. It looks good. I tried it a while back, and it worked well with a few mods. It looks like you've attended to those now.
I noticed that there are several recent commits and I'm having some problems with the updated
LoadDatum() method of ShapeFile
It looks like there should be a commit for the Projection class, with WKT, EPSG and LoadWKT definitions missing from the current version

Visual Studio 2022 and updated to .Net framework 4.8. Also noticed that the .proj included properties/assembly.info which is not available in the repo as well as the icon.

I note that there have been some new commits, and I tested the uploaded binaries. It worked with a simple test program, but the EPSG was not available, and it still does not read M values out of the box.

The code from this repo did not match the compiled binary, but with some mix and match I managed to get it to compile. I was able to fix the M values, but so far have not managed to get the EPSG from .prj file without Authority name - ESRI for example. Should be able to do some more testing soon.

Edit: Updated EPSG code needs updated ESRI spatial reference data files. Working now

Hopefully, the recent commits are an indication of some more to come and renewed interest.
