This adds up to (10+40+5+50+5+45+5+5=) 165 minutes (i.e., shorter than 3 hours). We could add more minutes to the breaks (5 min breaks might feel a bit stressful?) and/or to the concluding remarks?

We can test it out. For a 3 hour session during the R courses, we have a 15 minute break in the middle, so 5 minutes over 3 breaks aligns with that.
