Supported media formats

Happening In supports the embedding of the following media formats:

• MP3 Audio

This feature is meant for quick sharing of podcasts in a very slim and light audio player, it is not meant for music sharing nor music playlists.

There is no audio upload function on Happening In, there will never be one, and all MP3 audio files are and will always be hosted externally in 3rd party servers out of control and knowledge from Happening In.

• Flash SWF (.swf)

To embed media in a post, simply paste the link of the media in the status message field.

All you need to do is copy and paste the address of the media.

Happening In will replace the link and render the media in the exact position you pasted it, so you may have text above and below the media.

You can post multiple media, mix match providers and formats, and upload multiple images to go with the same media.
