Unzip and run PDF Translator/PDF Translator.exe.
Includes the free online engine (no API key) and on-device OCR (RapidOCR), all bundled fonts for the 34 languages, and the in-app PDF preview. For the offline Argos engine or your own Google Cloud key, run from source (see the README).
