Removed the dependency on IBM's ModelUpdate and DataHandler. Created our own/modified code to work without need of IBM's set. Everything was fixed for the winniio dataset, mnist datahandler was not messed with.
Still has the dependency on IBM's Fusion Model algorithm, but code still works using that currently.
