Do i just copy and paste the files following the directory of the downloaded files and paste it into the OBS directory such as 64xbit plugin folder and Data folder or do i need a installer.exe?

You just need to copy and paste the contents of the zip file into C:\Program Files\obs-studio.

There is no need to run an installer. The installation is successful if you can find obs-backgroundremoval.dll in your plugins folder (usually C:\Program Files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit).

To verify it's working, check your logs for the following line: info: [obs-backgroundremoval] plugin loaded successfully (version x.x.x)

After installation, you should see Background Removal in the Audio/Video Filters list.
