Refactored the Payroll::payslip method for better readability and consistency, added support for extra income and deductions descriptions, updated annual maximums for social insurance, and improved aggregation of annual info messages. Enhanced handling of annual allowances, donations, and GHS contributions, and fixed array key usage to be more explicit and robust throughout the code.
