Closing as a duplicate of #40, which makes the identical apps/ui vue-router 4→5 bump but also regenerates the shared root bun.lock (so it passes CI, while this PR fails bun install --frozen-lockfile).

This per-directory PR came from the now-removed /apps/* Dependabot scan (fixed in b635516) — apps/* share the root lockfile, so isolated scans there can't update it. Future bumps come from the workspace-root scan instead.
