Collect accessibility feedback and missing features from Messenger users

Summary

This issue is a discussion thread for collecting accessibility feedback and missing features for the Messenger desktop app.

The app was recently mentioned by users discussing accessibility regressions in the Facebook and Messenger web interfaces.
