Release v7.5.0

This release makes a few small changes and fixes: absolute --path argument is disallowed, as it was confusing and not that useful; also it was contrary to the docs! A bug was fixed where expansion could fail when a macro used as an argument to another macro expanded to text containing a comma, which was interpreted as making more arguments for the outer macro.

The ‘Operation’ section of the documentation has been clarified.
