HDR Shaderpacks

Below are shaderpacks ready for HDR output out of the box using values from HDRMod config menu.
These are tested, where tonemap extension is respectful to SDR, and all post FX are made to support HDR values.
Important
Wide Color Gamut (or not) doesn't require any HDRMod config changes.
Warning
Comparison pictures are 1000 nits peak @ 203 nits paper white.
(If Windows, use a Chromium based browser, and set 30 in Windows "HDR/SDR brightness balance" slider for 200 nits paper white.)
