Shorter descenders for cyrillic letters "Дд", "Цц", "Щщ" in Display version and scaling in Variable

Hello!

Thank you for a great font and the work that is done to make it!

I found that the length of the descenders of cyrillic "Дд", "Цц", "Щщ" is not scaled with opsz. It stays the same in Variable and in Display as in "text" version.

I think it would make a font look cleaner and nicer in large font sizes (even in 32pt and especially higher) if they would scale a little. In my humble experience I always try to shorten these descenders manually in "text" fonts when they are used in large sizes.

I'm not a "font pro" so i'm not sure about other cyrillic (and even similar latin) descenders and ascenders for letters like "р" "у" "ф" "б" should they be scaling too, but logic suggests that they should at least a little.

I understand that Inter is still in development especially Display version. But if this will find it's way in the font that would be great! Thanks again!
