Add 10-fixture evaluation suite for the storybook-rsbuild skill (fresh setup, migration, integration scenarios) and update SKILL.md based on findings: - Phase A/B two-phase migration framing (cleanup as imperative obligation, not passive permission) - Pin versions from each framework guide's Requirements table (no sandbox/example references) - Drop the trailing `## Examples` link to keep the skill a pure documentation router Final iter-6 result: 114/118 (96.6%) with_skill. The 4 remaining failures are documented in `skills-test/storybook-rsbuild/report.md` — including an upstream `storybook-addon-modernjs` `dist/` clobber bug fixed in this branch but pending release.
