jquery 1.7.2 issue.

Hi rstacruz, great plugin, I love it! Everything is great, except one small issue happened in jquery 1.7.2 version(not sure this also happened in 1.8+). here is the issue:

I use the inc() option, and it works in firefox, the progress bar was increase by a little, but when I view in webkit browsers, the progress bar will fast start fast to the end.

this issue was solved after i include the newest Jquery version, is it possible to fix it to the older version? Cause our website have run several years, and it's get trouble to double check all the js plugin will compatibility with the new Jquery version.
