Automated fix: reactlog package checks failing on main

The scheduled package checks triggered from rstudio/shinycoreci failed for rstudio/reactlog on main.

• Trigger test result: shinycoreci successfully dispatched the reactlog workflow_dispatch run, but the scheduler later reported dispatch_not_found while watching it.

Observed failures in the remote run:

• routine / routine: yarn install runs flow-typed install --skip true --ignoreDeps dev, fetches the flow-typed cache, then exits 1 with UNCAUGHT ERROR: [{}, {}, ...].
• R-CMD-check / check-depends-only: examples fail because shiny is unavailable, vignette rebuilding fails because rmarkdown is unavailable, and test-shiny_module.R:21:3 errors with unused argument (cond).
• R-CMD-check / macOS-latest (4.6.0): setup fails before checks with Failed to get R 4.6.0 ... Unexpected HTTP response: 404.
