Allow to pass user specific commandline arguments along run_phantomjs()

I want to be able to start phantomjs with a different set / addidional command line arguments (see here for a list of possibilities: http://phantomjs.org/api/command-line.html).

Currently this is not possible.

I've hit this issue needing to interact with a website with a locally signed certificate.
In theory this is easy to do by passing --ignore-ssl-errors=true to phantomJS but it doesn't seem like there is a way to do this currently.

The changes to run-phantomjs.R are trivial - but I don't know how to do this without creating my own branch of webdriver.
So as a MASSIVE cludge you if you too need to do this (or run a different command) you can use this:
webdriver_patched_ignore-SSL.r
source(webdriver_patched_ignore-SSL.r)
before you
run_phantomjs()

I've just copied the sections of webdriver into a single file, adding the --ignore-ssl. This overwrites the run_phantomjs() that library(webdriver) installs with our own and works for me! Hope this is useful for someone else... Or a cleverer person out there can tell me how to do this properly.
