Upstream PRs rtklibexplorer#820 and rtklibexplorer#821 use the name SYS_BDS, which matches the modern BeiDou naming. Define it as an alias for SYS_CMP in rtklib.h so both names compile, and revert the local SYS_BDS→SYS_CMP swaps so upstream's intent (and any future code using SYS_BDS) just works. - consapp makefiles: strip -lgfortran (LAPACK not enabled in active CFLAGS) and -lrt (Linux-only) so the macOS clang linker is happy; append -Wno-error=implicit-function-declaration and -Wno-error=int-conversion since demo5 pre-dates clang 16, which promotes these from warnings to errors. - rtklib.h: add SYS_BDS as an alias for SYS_CMP so upstream PRs rtklibexplorer#820 and rtklibexplorer#821 (which use SYS_BDS without defining it) compile.
