Refactor/Rename should preview the changes

...and let the user pick whether or not to rename such or such usage. This would have a few benefits, most notably if there are false positives or other surprises in declaration usages, user can work around them. and then if future versions support inspecting literal strings, we can add it in there.

You mean in a simple Tree like VS, with just the line of code being changed?

I would like to see this happen in the reorder parameters and remove parameters refactorings too.
