Rubberduck News needs favicon love #4262
Description
Currently, the Rubberduck News favicon is a 16x16 icon depicting a capital R and D, but at 16x16 it's hard to tell what the icon is:

For branding consistency, we should avoid using RD (as there isn't a D in Rubberduck VBA), and perhaps re-use the same favicon as the http://rubberduckvba.com website:
