Expose Commit Log

In order for the "Unsynced Commits" view to make any sense, we'll need to expose the commit log to our API. It's in LibGit2Sharp, but we've not exposed it yet. Must fix.

I don't see a reason to expose the entire commit log or a reason to expose this to COM at all right now.
