Code Explorer should group Public/Private methods

Justification
Currently when I select Sort>Group by Type it is just done by Sub/Function/Type/Enum etc... I think at the very least there should be an option to group public/ private methods - knowing the public interface is very useful when adding '@description comments to outward facing methods.

Description
I wouldn't say it's necessary to make a new setting to group Public/Private anything. I just think within the current groups there should always be a second level of sub-groups by attributes such as these.

In fact best is probably just to group anything with the same icon.
