docs: expand wiki with deeper references Adds Shell startup, the update mode matrix and current update behavior, How shelf works, the annotated full config, file selection rules, template functions and filters, the zsh-defer and uninstall recipes, seven new FAQ entries, and the rest of the validation error catalog. Fixes the documented git ref precedence to rev, branch, tag and documents the global match and apply keys.
