Access headers in middlewares

Hi,

I am new to Grape and I have read the docs and README, but I can't figure out how to access headers in the before method.

I have a class Grape::Middleware::Base with a method before and I didn't find how to access the incoming headers...

Grape::Middleware::Base imports 'grape/dsl/headers' so you should be able to do header and headers. What am I missing?

I can use header, but the headers hash is empty. If I look at it in the before method it's empty, but in the API Call it's full.

Headers come from https://github.com/ruby-grape/grape/blob/220c345dff9602e431ac780abcb98dbb24293395/lib/grape/request.rb, so I would try to debug what's going on here. Env is definitely present in middleware so I don't see why headers wouldn't be available in before.

If you can, write a test for this first in Grape?
