Run peter-evans/dockerhub-description on master pushes that touch README.md to keep the rubylang/all-ruby Docker Hub overview in sync. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Rewrite the README so the rubylang/all-ruby image is presented from the perspective of a Docker Hub or GHCR user: lead with the image summary, registry links, a quick-start snippet, and usage examples, and move the local build, platform requirements, and Docker build instructions under a Contributing section.
