This is a preparation for `--profile` option support. Profilers, for example call-stack profiler and memory profiler, wrap targets codes with their methods. Extracting main parts of logic into `#_run` makes it easy to introduce profilers.

--profile=call-stack, memoryis supported then no need to modify source code for these profilings.
