Faulty fragment in links.

On page https://docs.ruby-lang.org/en/master/Prism/AliasGlobalVariableNode.html, the link at text node interface docs, https://docs.ruby-lang.org/en/master/Prism/Node.html#class-prism-node-node-interface has a faulty fragment (browser does not scroll to the desired part of the page).

I'm not sure what the fragment should be, so am opening this Issue instead of offering a repairing PR.

Btw, this error is seen on many (~150) Prism doc pages, but it looks like there's only one fix needed.
